What’s Librarian?
probably some university (or research) library access or similar account.
It sounds mastodon-related.
I think he set up a new account, he named “Lybrarian” here he subcribed to lots of other feeds not on the local server so that when people did a search on the local server all the feeds that Lybrarian were subcribed to would be searched as well making it easyer to find what you sesrched for.
