I was thinking the same
But I’ve never heard that word before and just looked it up in Wikipedia. And there they state to list all of them, but I didn’t see an ‘m’ - which I would put in as well, if I understood the definition correctly
That’s my point, I’m not sure, if I miss something here or the article just isn’t correct/complete
https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bilabial
Edit: seems, I’m just blind
Is Ma?
According to (German) Wikipedia M is not part of the list of bilabial sounds
Edit: I’m told, I’m just blind, so forget it o:-)

9·3 天前Ooph, that’s hard to hear
Feel hugged, that’s a tough one
Not sure, what else I can say, because there isn’t much.
I’m just really sorry for you
Seems to be called Koloss - and that is a good name for that ratchet
Thanks, have never seen this before

1·9 天前Thanks for asking, I wasn’t aware of that as well
I’m sorry, I’m an Android user and have no clue about iOS
But does this mean, you have to switch Siri off and on every time you need it vs every time you type something?
More technical, is this a global setting or can this be set per app?
It’s less about looks (at least for me), but about speed
Pretty much all I need, I literally have at my fingertips.
Opening a terminal just feels much more quick - don’t know why it really is faster, but e.g. i3 is just a much smaller code base than KDE and they’re not really in competition, as they focus on different things.Re-arranging windows in different layouts with just keys is also nice - and fast as fuck.
I don’t want to move windows around when I work, I want to focus on my work.
Just needing to move the mouse to position a window somewhere can sometimes break the flow. But I have to admit, that with some layouts (split screen with one side tabs and vertical terminals on the other side, can be a bit frustrating, when I jump through the tabs and not into the terminal container.
But I think, I’ll need to check the i3wm manual again, because jumping between containers is probably possible, without jumping through all tabbed windows.
So, I guess, that’s on me and not a wm faultAll in all, it depends on the kind of work you do on your PC.
I’m often in terminals checking logs and stuff.
I3 just felt the nicest (on X11 - couldn’t try sway or hyprland, because I need XForwarding and I’m not sure, if that works by now or ever will) and I stayed with it - for nowIf you are tiling-curious just give it a try and you can see the difference for yourself.
It’s never about being the optimal solution for everyone.
It’s about being the best solution for specific workflows and so it depends on yours.
They officially killed that motto some years ago

8·11 天前Well, ehm… Worldwide or “just” the US economy who build up on this shit the last year or so?
Not sure how the follow up impact will be on other countries, but first of, the US will be fucked
a different way
Well, it’s just plainly wrong and shows obvious lack of understanding how percentages work
Yeah, because x isn’t known and there is no result to resolve it to

Shitty Movie Details@lemmy.world•In Iron Man 2008 Tony Stark owns an AI model that makes Claude look like the Windows 98 Paperclip assistant, but chooses to sell devastating weapons instead because it’s more altruistic
4·12 天前Nah, and it isn’t what LLMs are doing now
LLMs just act on tokens and those are their limit in resolution.
That’s why they’re so bad when it comes to rhyming or counting letters. They’re not reasoning. And there is a difference between reasoning and giving it the statistical most probable next token - which doesn’t have a meaning whatsoever

To show current LLM models aren’t the same system as our brain
That looks cool, thank you
Need to check, if they have something compatible for European taps/pipes
When he can handle it, I’m happy with him
I’m too stupid to understand how I should do that o:-)
She loves water and always comes watching me, when I open the tap

Ah, sorry, war blind o:-)
