That spell Frieren used to break the barrier looked like it veered into sci-fi territory. It was a cool effect.
Queer transfem into tech, games and anime

It might just be the first sentence. He focuses on his appearance, so Frieren is more likely to remember what he looked like because it was part of his character traits.
Such a shame to see Sein leave. I look forward to what the payoff of Gorilla’s story is going to end up being wherever the group meets up with Sein again.
Same, went in blind, only because so many people were hyped for it. And I can see why, it was a lot of fun. Though, I agree that they are oddly chill about the MC’s sister considered she is on an unknown clock to being digested and unable to be revived.
Like, is there timer measured in weeks? months? years? That’s awfully long.
Your list of anime tells me are into adventure anime or with heavy action.
First thing I thought of was Katanagatari, where our heroes go on a journey to collect 12 legendary swords.
Something with heavy action: Black Lagoon- businessman gets abandoned on a pirate island and joins them
something more adult: Vinland Saga- viking epic following a young boy on a quest for revenge
The design just looks like Claire from I’m in love with the Villainess. Not that it was a particularly unique design.
Not the best example as the old FMA branched off into anime-only original content for it’s second half. So Brotherhood is the only adaptation that covers the entire source.
I’m sure Frieren will meet with him again. Might take a few hundred years to make it happen though.
Or Attack on Titan. Just stretch out the meaning of the word final until all content is covered.
With the backstories out of the way, I’m excited to see more Anne goodness. C’mon season 2.
So the character who was the ultimate wingman in the games was revealed to be the ultimate wingman, with the twist that Manaria was into Rae the entire time. I’m not sure I care for her methods, it was way too heavy handed and the backstory of her assaulting her maid was just gross.
So this is the beginning of One Piece airing forever. By the time The One Piece reaches the finale, it will be so old that another studio will start their own adaptation. Maybe Bones will take the 3rd adaptation of One Piece in like 2035-40 or however long this one plans to be.
Maomao is definitely getting too close to a truth that’s going to get her into so much trouble. But are we just accepting that girl with the bound feet climbed the wall and committed suicide on her own? That does not feel possible. And the Ah-Duo’s head servant had some bandages that implied she was the spy sending secret messages, but that was also not covered. Not even brought up. So many loose ends still.
Nice to see more Slime announced. Since Hinata is involved in the pic, I assume that means its time to fight the church. I’m glad to see humans can still be a threat, Rimuru and his team have felt really op for a while now. And I’m happy to see the beasts, Alphis and Suphia still be involved in the story.
I watched S1 on a whim, not knowing what to expect and ended up enjoying it a fair bit. I wonder if this is going to cover the rest of the story. The pacing felt fairly fast the first season.
I hope this is a sign that we are getting more Bocchi once Frieren ends.
How is Rae so dumb as to say those words? Claire is still hurting from losing Lene and you just go and leave her too out of jealously.
Would this be the final season? Since the manga is in the process of ending.
Just from people online saying the anime has adapted 2/3 of the content so far. And with the season being 24 eps total, it only makes sense that it needs another 12 to finish.
I think what made her extra happy, was Fern being confident enough to suggest that, rather than Frieren asking her to do it.
