The candidate would not explain why he had voted to take what he himself described as a “right” away from women, who like his girlfriend, may decide it is their best option.

“I dont [seek to deny that right],” Holtorf claimed.

Clark shot back: “You have voted to restrict abortion access with legislation.”

“I have,” Holtorf responded. He added he believes women should choose life at every opportunity, but that there should be “exceptions” to restrictions on the practice.

“Is one of the exceptions when Richard Holtorf is the father?” asked Clark.

“No! It’s not about me!” Holtorf responded. “Don’t personalize it and make it about me.”

Hypocrites, one and all. Do not let them fool you for a second. This is about control. This is about power. This is a clear break of the Social Contract.

What a massive piece of shit. “Yeah I voted against it and yeah I had abortions done but this isn’t about me at all.”

      Sure fuck face.

That comment alone should be grounds to dismiss him from his position and bar him from ever being in public office again because he clearly isn’t qualified for it.

But if that were the case there wouldn’t be very many republicans left since doublethink is the only thing they know.

In his mind, he asked for forgiveness so it’s all good. They can commit all the ‘sins’ they want as long as they ask for forgiveness.

Christianity has a built in mechanism which allows one to be a horrible person and then feel good about themselves because they asked god for forgiveness.

In the majority of cases where abortion is being considered, it’s probably the right choice.

This idiot thinks it was wrong for him to be a party to an abortion, but since he has been forgiven already he is confused as to why anyone would bring that up.
