    You’d assume that would the group most able to pay, but that’s probably also the group most likely to own their own property too, so I’d be curious to see how the numbers compare against people behind on mortgage payments or against ages of divorce (as maybe divorcees having to move into rentals are struggling, but that’s just a guess.

      Definitely a bayesian question here. This age might be the most likely to be financially well, but we are looking at RENTERS of that age.

      If you rent an apartment at 22 you feel successful. If you don’t own a home at 42, you might not feel successful.
