Good. I doubt it passes though.
Considering that previous senate hearings about fraternities almost always consisted of “FrAtS aRe GoOd” or “oKaY nAmAn nUnG pAnaHoN nAmIn”, I doubt this penalty will ever see the light of day.
If it passes, we will be seeing cover-ups by frats, they will be claiming that it was just action from 1 person, not on behalf of their frat.
Never got the point of frats anyway, the more I hear of them the more trashy they become in my eyes.
