It’s wild that this still happens when weed is mostly legal.
Mostly legal means there is still a lot of money to be made in the states where it isn’t legal yet.
It’s legal in CA, which is where this deal went down. I suppose there’s money to be saved on taxes and regulatory costs on the black market, but staying legal significantly reduces one’s chances of being shot.
I would bet they weren’t selling the weed in California.
