Clear the decks. TLDR We can't burn the human power as we did in '23. We're requesting a "staff" donation goal in the hopes the community will back RFF going all in for '24. If not we'll scale back offerings and initiatives. RFF has recently hosted great livestreaming events, such as the New Year parade, is constantly streaming great music from Fediverse musicians, and has cool and fun readings from various community members. It has fostered an immense sense of belonging and creative energy, in opposition to the soulless landscape of big corporate streaming services. The radio is also currently all organized by just one person, and they need some help with both making the station great, and getting some financial stability.
