I regularly pass by this encampment. It’s grown recently and there is more garbage than before. It does feel somewhat unsafe to walk by it, so I often go completely around it.

There’s a massive unused fenced up plot of land right behind them. Just open the fence and let them in there. Boom, clear sidewalks
