Where is this magical place where the benches welcome sitting or lying, rather than being designed for discomfort to keep the homeless moving on? And yet they are empty, implying nobody needs to sleep on them?

I’m mostly impressed that the two benches are so perfectly well aligned. Someone took their damned time installing them…
