Beautiful, any idea how old it is? I have three very tall ones (45-55’?) in my yard that are barely half that big around!
Absolutely no idea how old it is. Probably been here a while. There’s some enormous stumps from macrocarpas. They must be 100s of years old. A lot of very old big trees. Lovely
Tough to guess because it varies a lot based on climate and soil but generally cottonwoods grow quickly so I would guess 50-100?
