    I can’t wait for this to come out, be argued over for 20 years while we do nothing about it, then be signed by everyone except the countries that make the most plastics, and then have everyone else miss their targets anyway.

    Exciting times!

      Pessimism only benefits the status quo. This is better than nothing and a good step in the right direction.
