When we lived in Duluth, we couldn’t find a place that didn’t require us to entirely declaw our cat, so we found a rental out of town. I’m so glad to see that requirement become illegal. It’s cruel and unnecessary mutilation.

How does this work if apartments made you sign a addendum preventing you from having weed in the apartment? Does that go out the window now?
I’m not a lawyer, but from everything I’ve read, yes. They can prohibit smoking and vaping, but not possession. But again, not a lawyer, so I could be mistaken.
