If the vehicle had brown people in it - within the hour that the news broke right-wing media would start screaming about the likely “terrorist attack”. Also - the Texas military would demand extraordinary civilian and fed kowtowing and they should lead the investigation (not the FBI or the local police) because it was a likely “terrorist attack” on military infrastructure.
